Overview

As a Senior Executive Assistant supporting two senior leaders within GitLab's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization, you will help VP-level leaders stay focused on delivering customer value by removing friction from daily operations. You will partner closely with the VP of Global Solution Architects and the VP of High Velocity Sales/ Sales Development, bringing structure, judgment, and steady execution to a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to and support the VP of Global Solution Architects and VP of High Velocity Sales, providing consistent executive support across both leaders and their teams.
• Own complex, high‑volume calendar management across multiple time zones for both VPs, balancing shifting priorities and urgent requests.
• Advise leaders on time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization so they can focus on high‑impact work.
