Position: Lead of Building Construction Product (BCP)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for BCP to achieve market share (PINS) target with profitable.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Identify new market opportunities within construction, agriculture, government, and others.
• Provide coaching and guidance to sales reps to strengthen BCP sales.
