We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive to support Business Development, Marketing, and Project Delivery functions within Keppel Real Estate Services
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager to support:
- Client engagements and proposals
- Sustainability and asset enhancement initiatives (AEI)
- Partnership development and market research
- Internal coordination across project, leasing, and property operations teams
The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and able to handle both strategic support work (decks, analysis) and execution-level coordination.
1. Business Development & Proposal Support - Support preparation of RFPs, tenders, and client proposals (structure, formatting, content consolidation)
- Develop and update pitch decks, capability statements, and marketing materials
