The Credit Strategy team at Navi is responsible for developing, optimizing and implementing underwriting strategies across key lending products. The team owns and drives key underwriting metrics, asset quality indicators, and portfolio monitoring, ensuring that credit decisions align with business objectives and the Company's risk tolerance. Its focus is on continually enhancing underwriting quality and portfolio health to support sustainable growth.

About the Role

As a Credit Field Intelligence Executive, you are the face of Navi on the ground. Your primary

responsibility is to conduct in-person field visits/video Personal Discussions (PD) for Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) applicants. You will go beyond the documents to assess a borrower’s intent to pay and ability to pay by visiting their residences and places of business.
