The Monitoring & Surveillance unit under Training & Competency (T&C) is responsible for ensuring that insurance sales and advisory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. This role supports the business by providing ongoing assurance that sales representatives maintain the required standards of knowledge, conduct, and performance after initial certification.
