The Monitoring & Surveillance unit under Training & Competency (T&C) is responsible for ensuring that insurance sales and advisory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. + Support the Team Lead in planning and implementing the T&C workplan.
+ Handle regulatory inspections and audit queries, including tracking and closure of remediation actions.
+ Conduct annual reviews of T&C policies, manuals, and internal SOPs in line with regulatory and industry developments.
