Senior Executive, Operations – General Description

The Senior Executive, Operations supports the planning, coordination and day-to-day operations of the Future Health Institute (FHI) to ensure the effective delivery of programmes and initiatives. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the Institute by supporting project planning and tracking, partner engagement, procurement processes and reporting across FHI’s four strategic centres: the Centre for Experiential Learning (CEL), Centre for Digital Health (CDH), Research & Innovation Centre (RIC) and the Command Centre (CC).

Responsibilities

• Programme Enablement : Support development and tracking of FHI strategy, annual plans, KPIs and scorecards. Conduct benchmarking, research and analysis to inform programme design and partnerships.
