Role & Responsibilities - Manage key donor accounts which includes developing engagement/stewardship plans, conducting regular communications and tracking donations
- Help achieve the fundraising target of the department by supporting the development and implementation of the fundraising plan, including appeal letters, digital campaigns and events
- Promote and drive the growth of regular and monthly giving
- Prepare reports and donor data analysis
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience - Minimum a Degree, preferably 3-5 years of work experience
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent
- Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
