Manage end to end recruitment activities, develop effective network with talent in the marketplace to build pipeline for immediate and future needs. Act as Business Partner to the assigned business unit and deliver HR strategies/initiatives to support the business. Provide guidance and HR services support to the business, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, etc. Organize and deliver employer branding activities to manage and improve talent attraction, engagement and retention. Manage and constantly enhance onboarding programs and conduct follow-up sessions periodically with new employees to engage and retain them.
