KEY Responsibilities/Requirements:

•Capable of Troubleshooting breakdowns of machines. Hydralulics, Mechanical & Pneumatics & Electrical.
•Hands on maintenance and troubleshooting experience of injection molding machines.
•Maintenance of DG set, Screw compressors, Cooling tower, HVAC, Ovens, special purpose SPM’s
•VFD maintenance & installation (Mitsubishi, Delta Siemens, Schneider)
•Aware about instrumentation (digital, analog, pressure, level control valve, proximity switch, photo sensor, flow meter, limit switch, digital display) wiring and maintenance. 
•Maintenance of auto loader, dehumidifier, conveyor, extruder
•Aware about distribution transformer, ACB
•PLC & HMI - understanding ladder logic (Mitsubishi, Siemens) & diagnosis the problem
•Aware about SCADA
•Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
•VFD maintenance, installation of VFDs (Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Schneider etc.)
