To help officers manage their career development and transitions in their public service career, we are looking for a candidate passionate in these areas to join us.

Reporting to the Assistant Director (Career Development and Transition), you will be part of the Workforce Development cluster in PSD.

What you will be working on

• Develop and implement innovative policies, programmes and initiatives that facilitate career development and coaching for public service officers to enhance their employability.
• Conceptualise, plan and organise new and innovative career development events and programmes to enable access to high quality of career coaching services.
