As a Senior Executive/ Manager, Organisational Excellence in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will strengthen the Ministry’s resilience and operational effectiveness by managing the Ministry’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and systems-level improvement efforts to help HQ divisions identify and address risks early.
