Job Purpose

• Responsible for supporting the management, development, and growth of the Enterprise VAS and Omni-Channel product portfolio, including CPaaS, Virtual PBX, Enterprise VAS Solutions, CRBT, VRBT, Bulk Voice Messaging (BVM), Call Center Solutions, AdTech, and other innovative communication and customer engagement solutions.
• The role involves assisting in product lifecycle management, commercial enablement, solution development, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
