Senior Executive, Organisational Development

Support the planning and implementation of Organisational Development initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and workforce productivity.

Participate in organisation design, job mapping, workforce planning, manpower optimisation and change management initiatives.

Lead or support strategic HR and organisational transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

Support the end‑to‑end Learning & Development (L&D) cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plans (IDP), annual training calendar, programme sourcing, HRD Corp grant administration, training coordination, learning evaluation and effectiveness measurement.

Develop and implement competency‑based learning initiatives, leadership development programmes and capability‑building interventions aligned with business needs.
