Manager, maintain, exercise document control over the organization's entire Quality Management (QM) Manual, ensuring it accurately reflects current business operations and ISO requirements.
Assist the Quality Management Representative (QMR) or act as the QMR in coordinating and facilitating periodic Management Review Meetings.
Ensure all departments are audit-ready by conducting pre-audit checks and mock audits.
Educate and train department heads and staff on new operating procedures, ISO updates, and general quality awareness.
Prepare comprehensive performance data, quality metrics, audit findings, risk assessments to present to the executive management team during QMR sessions.
Report quality issues and needs for improvement to Superior and Head of Department.
Perform internal quality audit and follow up the findings prior to external audit.
