Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Managing Medical Records Office (MRO) operations related to medical records and reports 
Overseeing operations of the assigned working units 
Providing leadership and managing resources to ensure consistently high standard of work quality and output from the various working units 
Ensuring the staff are meeting KPIs for the assigned working units 
Managing new initiative of transforming the medical report request into a digital platform enabling patient to request report online 
 Requirements  Degree in any discipline, preferably in Health Information Management 
Minimum 4 years working experience, preferably in healthcare operations, logistics, process improvement and staff supervision 
Experience in hospital operations and managing large teams will be advantageous 
Service oriented and customer focused
