Senior Executive - Sustainability (Sunway REIT)

Sunway REIT is seeking a proactive sustainability professional to support the company's ESG strategy through sustainability reporting, ratings, and CSR initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate data, strengthen sustainability performance, and promote sustainability awareness across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the end‑to‑end process of developing the annual Sustainability Report.
• Ensure alignment with relevant sustainability frameworks and standards.
• Draft clear, concise, and engaging sustainability narratives, performance highlights, and case studies.
• Conduct rating gap analysis and propose improvement required to improve the ratings.
• Prepare and submit for Sustainability ratings / awards.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to obtain required information and updates.
