The Senior Executive TA Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting end-to-end recruitment operations while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role manages interview scheduling, preboarding process, ATS maintenance, stakeholder communication, onboarding coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
