The hire for the Skills Training & Development team will assist in the planning, execution, administration, mass and social media communication of the organization's training programs. This role is designed to support the development and delivery of learning initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of participants. This position will collaborate with the training team, coordinate training logistics, track performance metrics, provide administrative support, digital marketing, social media outreach and customer service excellence to ensure the success of the organisation's initiatives.
