Job Responsibilities - Support the development, implementation and constant improvement of the Volunteer Management (VM) structure and process and centre compliance.
- Responsible for implementing overall VM strategy and plan which include:
- Giving input on volunteering programmes and community outreach projects in discussion/collaboration with MWS centres and other stakeholders (churches, corporates, schools)
- Supporting the development of relevant training content as well as trainers to equip volunteers to perform their job roles
- Establishing and leveraging on volunteer relationships to develop deeper and more sustainable partnerships for MWS
