Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support performance management and ONE Academy-related activities and administrations proactively
  • Provide strong support in implementing Global HR Projects including through working with stakeholders across regions
  • Collaborate closely with the system support team/vendors to address employees' requests for performance management system solutions and enhancements
  • Act as the focal point to address employees' daily communications and resolve their queries
  • Participate in any ad-hoc projects and provide support as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, especially in performance management
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position
  • Good time management skills including overseeing timelines
