Senior Expert, Communication & Engagement
Full-time position within the Career Site Team: Operations.
Responsibilities
- Be the key point of contact for internal communications and employee engagement activities, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Create a comprehensive communications and engagement plan, build a calendar of engagement campaigns, and activate campaigns either virtually or on the ground.
- Develop rich communications in various formats (videos, infographics, slideshows, decks) for a variety of mediums (email, intranet, Yammer, LinkedIn, other social media).
- Identify improvement areas in employee surveys and create action items for teams to act on.
- Analyze data within our communication channels and identify improvement areas that will allow us to better serve our stakeholders.
