Key Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis at both physical package and die levels, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Lead electrical fault isolation using advanced techniques & tools.
• Develop and execute bench‑level test applications to validate hypotheses and reproduce failure mechanisms.
• Interpret CAD layouts, schematics, and design documentation to support failure root cause determination.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, process, product, and reliability teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support analysis for advanced technologies and AI‑related products.
