Job description:



• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field



• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in office layout planning, workplace design, furniture specification, or fit-out projects



• Strong knowledge of furniture systems, material specifications, sourcing, and procurement processes



• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and specialty item providers



• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape is highly preferred



• Well-versed in interpreting architectural plans, shop drawings, and technical construction details



• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills



• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities
