As a Senior Field Service Engineer at TD SYNNEX, you’ll be the frontline expert supporting our customers’ mission-critical devices and systems. You’ll leverage your deep technical expertise to resolve complex hardware and software issues, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and mentor junior engineers. Your proactive approach will ensure optimal performance of end-user devices, network equipment, and warehouse technologies—delivering exceptional service within defined SLAs.
