Our client, a growing technology-enabled services organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, a solid accounting foundation, and experience analyzing business performance within a recurring-revenue or services-based environment.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform monthly financial and operational variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and trends.

+ Support the monthly close process through collaboration with accounting and business leaders.

+ Calculate and administer variable compensation programs, including commissions, bonuses, and incentive accruals.
