Job Description
- Engage SMEs to document current-state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
- Develop clear SOPs and future-state process flows aligned to Business Central
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
- Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
- Drive change management activities and support end-user training and adoption
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery
