Job Description

• • Engage SMEs to document current-state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
  • Develop clear SOPs and future-state process flows aligned to Business Central
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
  • Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
  • Drive change management activities and support end-user training and adoption
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery
