We partner closely with Microsoft Cloud Planning, Azure Engineering, and many Microsoft Finance Teams. Our IBP Server Planning finance team is chartered to match server demand to server supply, analyze fleet utilization health, and identify optimization levers that contribute to customer and business success. These efforts contribute to ensuring cloud services maintain forecast accuracy and achieve revenue, and margin growth—all while enhancing transparency into Cloud Infrastructure investments and safeguarding shareholder interest.
