Our client is a listed semiconductor company and they are looking for Senior Finance Manager due to the team expanding.

• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations and prepare the full set of accounts of Singapore and overseas subsidiaries, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and expense approval.
• Reconcile the intercompany transactions with counterparties.
• Perform full set closing independently and prepare accurate monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Audit & Internal Controls – Liaise with external and group auditors, serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors; prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries effectively; ensure internal controls regarding purchasing, sales, expenses and inventory movement are robust and strictly adhered to.
