Senior Financial Analyst – Bogotá, Colombia

Sanofi seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for our Controlling Operations North America Team. The analyst will provide day‑to‑day controlling support, proactively identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing development of our controlling model.

Responsibilities

• Support month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, including accrual calculations, journal entry preparation, and posting in SAP.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data in financial systems (SAP and TM1).
• Manage Personnel Costs controlling, including bonus and incentive accruals and true‑up processes.
• Prepare balance sheet analyses, accruals, prepaids, reserves, and monthly account reconciliations, providing clear explanations for balance fluctuations.
