Shift: Day – Average 40 hours; flex schedule between 7am and 8:30am start and between 4pm and 5:30pm end.

Hours: Authorized 80 hours bi‑weekly.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves on the Financial Planning and Analysis team for the Baptist Health Medical Group, acting as a lead to assist the FP&A Manager with complex tasks and projects, developing annual, semiannual, and ad hoc forecasting and budgeting, and providing analysis and recommendations for effective planning and decision making.
