JOB DESCRIPTION The Sr. Analyst, Customer Solutions FP&A will fill a key role within the Finance organization. This position, based in our Nuvali Sta. Rosa, Laguna Site, will have primary responsibility for critical financial analysis and reporting. The candidate needs experience in relationship management, understanding others from a variety of global cultures, backgrounds and working styles. He or she will also need a base understanding of working in corporate Accounting and/or FP&A environments, managing financial data, and using complex models.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare weekly and monthly financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analyses

Participate in and complete month-end close activities, including journal entries, labor and overhead allocations, client allocations and updating several models to tie-out the financials

Prepare and present performance review with PH operations leaders
