The AVP, Distribution Compensation & Analytics is responsible for overseeing distribution compensation reporting, sales analytics, business performance reporting and operational support for the Business Development function. The role provides timely, accurate and meaningful management information to support strategic decision‑making, administers agency compensation and financing schemes, and drives continuous improvements in reporting processes through data analytics and automation.

The incumbent will work closely with Business Development, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of sales reporting, compensation administration and business performance analysis while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
