Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (9 days a month; Mondays and Tuesdays are core days and the fourth Friday of each month).

Pay Rate: $48.26/hr - $56.96/hr.

Contract Length: 12 months with a possibility for extension.

Responsibilities

• Problem Solving – Investigate and understand end-to-end processes beyond our team to identify gaps and recommend optimal solutions for the bank.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including critical review of journal entries and financial results. Provide proactive communication of variances/issues to minimize surprises during the GL close process, ensuring accounting is completed timely and accurately.
