Roles& Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial and management reports for IDFAA legal entity including financial analysis and insights
• Oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS including segregation of accounts between parent and the associate. Improve process to meet project timelines and accurate reporting
• Analyse tax implications comply with applicable tax laws. Collaborate with external tax advisors
