We are looking for a highly analytical and organized Senior Financial Reconciliation Operations Team Member to oversee the investigation and resolution of order and financial data discrepancies across Shopify and connected enterprise systems.

In this role, you will serve as the primary operational link between the client, internal developers, and business stakeholders. You will monitor reconciliation workflows, investigate missing or inaccurate order data, coordinate technical resolutions, maintain clear documentation in Jira, and ensure that financial information moves accurately between systems.
