Senior FINPRO Claims Operations Specialist (Supporting Hong Kong)

Be a part of FINPRO Claims Center of Excellence (COE) team in Malaysia. The role is split 50/50 between technical FINPRO claims work and operational claims management.

We will count on you to:

• Overseeing a portfolio of Financial Lines claims matters while maintaining efficient, data-driven claims operations
• Develop and implement claims strategies (liability, quantum, defense/settlement) and coordinate external counsel
• Negotiate settlements and prepare technical position papers and client briefings
• Translate complex legal issues into clear, client-facing guidance
