Job Purpose

To act as an intermediary between equity traders and key institutional customers to maximize commission revenue, ratings and market share for the bank.


Job Responsibilities

Manage the banks bond and treasury bill exposure within approved limits while optimizing returns.
Generate revenue from sales trading activities to achieve profit and loss targets.
Grow fixed income market share through increased client activity and successful execution of trading opportunities.
Manage operating risks at targeted levels by ensuring compliance to internal and external controls; regulatory and governance requirements as well as ACI Code of Conduct (ACI- Governing Body).
Report all operational issues that result in loss/profit or reputational damage through submission of incident reports
