Position Overview

               
            Role Summary:      

         Lead site food safety and quality programs for a food manufacturing facility in Saint Gabriel, Louisiana.      

         Own HACCP, food quality systems, audit readiness, CAPA effectiveness, and training, while supervising QA/QC and lab technicians.      

         Drive data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory and customer standards.      

         Responsibilities       

         Own HACCP/Food Safety and Food Quality programs and ensure effective implementation on the production floor.      

         Ensure site compliance with 21 CFR 117 and relevant GFSI schemes such as SQF, including documentation and ongoing audit readiness.
