A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to join their team on high-end residential and commercial building projects in the Durbanville area of Cape Town. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all finishing trades on site to ensure quality workmanship and programme deadlines are achieved
- Manage subcontractors, labour teams, and daily site activities
- Ensure all finishes are completed to specification and client standards
- Coordinate snag lists, inspections, and handovers
- Maintain health & safety compliance on site
- Monitor materials, quality control, and productivity
