Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Salesforce’s delivery organization relies on forward‑deployed engineers to design, build, and deploy AI solutions within enterprise customer environments. In this role you’ll partner closely with a Deployment Strategist, receiving full ownership of the cycle from architecture to production.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Design and build AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations – owning technical components end‑to‑end from architecture choice to deployed, validated, and observable in production. This includes agent intelligence design, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
