We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis while operating with a high level of independence. This role is positioned at a manager level in terms of scope and impact but is designed for an individual contributor who can own processes, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic insights without direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the development and maintenance of rolling P&L forecasts on a monthly basis
• Own the annual budgeting cycle, including collecting, validating, and consolidating inputs across teams
• Build, enhance, and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and variance tracking
• Manage assumptions across headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
• Ensure forecasting methodologies are clearly documented and auditable
