Smart Working is seeking a Senior Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer for a remote-first role. You will own features from idea to production, spanning backend, frontend, architecture, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will prototype AI-powered solutions, design scalable architectures, and translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into concrete flows, while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced, low-structure environment.
