We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take a leading role in designing and building core systems, driving architectural decisions, and improving development processes across our R&D team. This position comes with significant ownership and influence over technology, quality, and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex systems with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  
• Lead end-to-end feature development across the entire stack, from React UI to backend services
  
• Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and high-quality Code Reviews.
