WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across modern frontend, backend and data layers.
• Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, measurement and iteration.
• Work closely with founders, product leaders, designers and customers to translate ambiguous needs into reliable software.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
• Use modern AI development tools and, where relevant, integrate LLM or agentic capabilities into production workflows.
• Raise engineering standards through thoughtful reviews, testing, observability and operational ownership.
