Overview

We are hiring 1-2 engineers to work on an internal product, Clairvo, an AI-powered calling platform built within Dental Media Corp. Clairvo is a real-time telephony system that dials real humans over PSTN, bridges calls through LiveKit, and runs machine learning on live audio (transcription, scoring, copilots). The role involves working with systems where calls are happening live and failure is not theoretical. We are a small team with high ownership, a spec/docs-first mindset, and we move fast.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Rust workspace (Axum, Tokio, SQLx) and develop event‑driven systems using Redis streams.
• Handle Postgres (Aurora) and Twilio SIP trunking, VoIP, and LiveKit room lifecycle.
• Build a custom power‑dialer kernel with parallel and sequential state machines and integrate ML services (OpenAI, Bedrock, SageMaker, AssemblyAI).
