Job Description

• Supervise and support technical topics for safety related for both running projects and RFI/RFQs (mainly systems).
• Ensure safety technical compliance and safety package for both running projects and RFI/RFQ; perform RFQ gate review and cost estimation.
• Lead and manage Functional Safety team in EU and Rabat.
• Ensure lean safety release for production.
• Lead the adoption of safety culture at Lear from a technical perspective.
• Provide functional safety consultancy services to other departments and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support running projects and RFI/RFQ safety technical solution, including review and consultancy.
• Perform safety assessment and ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Maintain direct contact with customers on technical aspects of RFI/RFQ.
• Support project execution for the team responsible for safety deliverables.
