An Insight Global client in the Houston area is seeking a hands‑on GenAI expert to work directly with Upstream Subsurface and Wells teams to design, build, and scale practical AI solutions that improve technical workflows, decision‑making, and operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of upstream domain expertise, advanced AI engineering, and product delivery. The successful candidate will translate real upstream challenges into GenAI solutions that are trusted by engineers and geoscientists, production‑ready, and scalable across the enterprise. The pay rate for this position will be anywhere from $95 - $105/hr based on years of experience.
