Key Responsibilities

• Maintain engineering documentation for efficient execution
• Plan and oversee engineering tasks during projects
• Direct customers and service centers safely
• Drive Root Cause Analyses to resolve issues
• Prepare detailed proposals for upgrades and repairs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics
• 7+ years of experience in generator services
• Solid understanding of rewinding activities
• Familiarity with generator design and technologies
• Experience with improvement methodologies
