About this prospect

Senior Geologist – Conventional Heavy Oil team located in the Calgary office, reporting to the Alberta Geoscience Manager. This role is responsible for optimizing reservoir development plans through multidisciplinary collaboration, supporting execution of development plans, and contributing to long‑term strategy.

What you’ll do

• Conduct geological evaluations using core data, well logs, drilling, and production information to identify and mature new drilling prospects.
• Generate technical insights and recommendations to support asset development strategies and project execution plans.
• Prepare and present technical recommendations to leadership through formal review and approval processes.
• Evaluate Crown, freehold, and industry‑held land opportunities for acquisition, retention, or divestiture.
